We built this cover with reinforced aluminum slats and industrial-grade vinyl that stands up to UV exposure, rain, snow, and highway speeds. The Trifecta 2.0 installs in minutes without drilling or special tools — our clamp-on rail system secures directly to your bed rails for a factory-quality fit. When you need full bed access for taller cargo, the cover folds completely against your cab and secures with integrated straps.
Whether you're protecting work equipment, camping gear, or everyday cargo, the Trifecta 2.0 keeps your truck bed secure and dry. We designed this cover for drivers who want maximum versatility without sacrificing protection.
Trifecta 2.0 design highlights

Construction & Weather Protection
We engineer the Trifecta 2.0 with industrial-strength materials designed for year-round truck bed protection. The cover features powder-coated aluminum slats that provide rigid support without adding excessive weight to your truck. Our marine-grade vinyl withstands UV exposure, extreme temperatures from -40°F to 180°F, and constant exposure to road debris.
The weather sealing system uses multiple layers of protection. Automatic seals along all four sides compress against your bed rails to create a watertight barrier, while the rear panel features an integrated tailgate seal that activates when closed. Corner seals prevent water from entering at panel junctions during heavy rain.

Installation & Bed Rail Compatibility
The Trifecta 2.0 installs without drilling holes in your truck bed. Our clamp-on rail system secures directly to factory bed rails using heavy-duty clamps that distribute tension evenly across the mounting points. You’ll need only basic hand tools — a socket wrench and adjustable wrench complete the installation in approximately 20-30 minutes.
Bed Size Fitment
We manufacture the Trifecta 2.0 for standard short beds (5’7″ to 6′), standard beds (6’5″ to 6’7″), and long beds (8′). The cover accommodates truck beds with or without bed rail caps, though you may need to remove aftermarket caps for proper seal compression. Our rail system works with factory stake pocket configurations on Ford, Chevy, GMC, Ram, Toyota, and Nissan trucks.
Operating Modes & Bed Access
The tri-fold design gives you three operating positions for different cargo needs. In the closed position, the cover sits flush with your bed rails and locks at the rear panel using our rotary latch system. This configuration provides maximum weather protection and security for everyday use.
For partial bed access, fold the rear panel forward to create a 2/3 open bed. This position works well when you’re loading longer items like lumber or ladders while keeping the front section of your bed protected. The middle panel supports the rear section in this configuration without additional props.

Trifecta 2.0 Installation & Compatibility Questions
No, the Trifecta 2.0 uses a clamp-on installation system that secures directly to your factory bed rails without drilling. The heavy-duty clamps distribute tension evenly and create a factory-quality fit using only basic hand tools.
Installation takes approximately 20-30 minutes and the cover can be removed completely by releasing the front clamps if you need seasonal removal or want to transfer it to a different truck.
The Trifecta 2.0 works with most factory bed rail caps, but aftermarket caps may need to be removed for proper seal compression. The weather seals require direct contact with the bed rail surface to create a watertight barrier.
If you have stake pocket covers or bed rail protectors, check that they don't extend more than 1/4 inch above the rail surface. Our customer service team can verify compatibility for specific aftermarket rail accessories before you order.
The tri-fold design gives you three operating positions. You can fold just the rear panel for partial access to the back third of your bed, fold two panels for 2/3 bed access, or fold all three panels against the cab for complete access.
Each position locks securely so you can drive with the cover partially open. This flexibility lets you adapt to different cargo sizes without removing the entire cover.
The Trifecta 2.0 includes dual tension control adjusters located near the rear corners of the cover. Turn the adjustment knobs clockwise to tighten the cover if you notice sagging, or counterclockwise to relieve excessive tension.
We recommend checking tension twice yearly — before winter and before summer — as the vinyl material naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes. Proper tension prevents water pooling and maintains optimal weather sealing.
We manufacture the Trifecta 2.0 for three bed sizes: short beds from 5'7" to 6', standard beds from 6'5" to 6'7", and long beds at 8'. Each size is engineered specifically for common truck configurations including Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado 1500, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra, and Nissan Titan.
Measure your bed from the inside of the bulkhead to the inside of the tailgate to determine the correct size. Our fitment guide lists exact measurements for each truck model and year.
Yes, the Trifecta 2.0 works with most bed-mounted accessories. The cover allows clearance for toolboxes, bed extenders, and tie-down systems mounted inside the bed rails. You can also install the cover with bed liners, bed mats, and spray-in bedliners.
For fifth-wheel or gooseneck hitches, the cover folds completely against the cab and secures out of the way. The folded position leaves approximately 12 inches of space behind the cab, with the rest of your bed completely accessible for hitch installation and towing.
The rear panel features dual rotary latches that engage your tailgate. When you lock your tailgate using the factory key cylinder, the entire cover system becomes secure — the front and middle panels cannot open without first releasing the rear panel from inside the locked tailgate.
This integrated design means you don't need separate locks for each panel. For additional security, the rail system accepts aftermarket lock cylinders at the front clamp positions if you want independent cover locking.
