If your truck has an existing tailgate seal or bed cap, you may need to trim or remove it for proper Revolution 60 fit. We recommend measuring your bed length precisely—covers are manufactured to exact bed dimensions and are not one-size-fits-all.
Daily Operation & Bed Access
Opening the Revolution 60 takes five seconds. Release the rear latches, grasp the pull strap, and roll the cover forward toward the cab. The cover winds onto itself in a tight canister that rests against the back window, giving you 100% bed access for loading plywood, ladders, or ATVs.
When you’re ready to close, unroll the cover toward the tailgate and snap the side rails into the front and rear header bars. The automatic tension system engages, pulling the fabric taut. Lock the rear latch and engage your factory tailgate lock for security. The entire process happens from outside the bed—no need to climb in. Our integrated strap storage keeps pull straps secure when the cover is closed, preventing wind noise or flapping at highway speeds.

Revolution 60 Installation & Compatibility Questions
Yes, the Revolution 60 is fully compatible with spray-in bedliners. Our clamp rail system adjusts to the added thickness of spray liners and still creates a secure, weathertight fit. You do not need to modify or remove your bedliner. The rails clamp along the inside edge of your bed rails, sitting on top of the liner surface. If you have an extremely thick or textured liner, you may need to adjust the rail position slightly during installation to ensure the cover fabric sits flush when closed.
The Revolution 60 offers faster bed access than hard folding covers—you can fully open it in about five seconds versus 15-20 seconds for most tri-fold hard covers. Hard covers provide superior security and a more finished appearance, while the Revolution 60 prioritizes daily convenience and ease of use. If you access your bed multiple times per day, the roll-up design is more practical. If you prioritize maximum security and rarely need full bed access, a hard fold like our Solid Fold 2.0 may be a better fit.
We do not recommend driving with the Revolution 60 partially rolled. The cover is designed to operate in two positions: fully closed and latched, or fully rolled forward against the cab. Driving with the cover partially open can cause fabric damage from wind load and may result in the cover unrolling unexpectedly. If you need to haul cargo that extends above the bed rails, we recommend fully rolling the cover forward and securing it with the integrated straps, or consider our FullTilt hinged cover that can remain open at various angles.
Installation requires only basic hand tools that most truck owners already have. You'll need a socket wrench or adjustable wrench to tighten the rail clamps, and a Phillips screwdriver for the latch assembly. No drilling, cutting, or specialized tools are required. We include all mounting hardware, clamps, and fasteners in the box. Most customers complete installation in 30-45 minutes working alone, or about 20 minutes with a helper to position the rails.
The Revolution 60 is compatible with most bed accessories, but there are some exceptions. It works with spray-in liners, bed mats, and bed-mounted tie-downs. It does NOT work with most over-rail toolboxes, bed extenders, or tall bed racks that sit above the rail line. If you have an under-rail toolbox or a low-profile toolbox that sits against the bulkhead, consider our Express Toolbox model instead. The Revolution 60 rails mount along the inside top edge of your bed rails, so any accessory occupying that space will interfere with installation.
Clean the cover fabric every 2-3 months with mild soap and water using a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry before rolling. Avoid harsh chemicals, pressure washers, or abrasive scrubbing that can damage the vinyl laminate. We recommend applying a vinyl protectant twice per year to prevent UV fade and maintain fabric flexibility. In winter climates, remove ice and snow buildup before opening the cover to prevent stress on the fabric and frame. With basic care, the Revolution 60 fabric will maintain its appearance and weather sealing for years.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your truck. This includes the aluminum frame, bow assemblies, clamp rails, and fabric laminate. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear from UV exposure over time. Latches, straps, and tension adjusters are covered for three years from purchase. If you experience a warranty issue, contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We'll evaluate your claim and provide a replacement component or cover at our discretion.
